Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in security, surveillance, or related fields is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in security operations, surveillance, or law enforcement is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and related software. Basic knowledge of networking, video analytics, and security technology is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Analytical Skills: Sharp observational skills and the ability to analyze and interpret surveillance footage effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions in emergency situations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and monitor multiple screens simultancously. May require occasional lifting or moving of equipment.

1. Monitoring: Monitor live surveillance feeds from CCTV cameras to identify any suspicious
activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
2. Alertness: Maintain high levels of vigilance and attention to detail to quickly detect any
abnormalities or potential security threats.
3. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by alerting the
appropriate authorities, such as security personnel, law enforcement, or emergency services.
entation: Record and document all incidents, observations, and actions take
and accurate manner. Prepare incident reports as necessary.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with other security personnel, team members, and
relevant stakeholders to coordinate responses to security incidents and ensure a cohesive security
operation.
6. Technical Support: Provide technical support for CCTV systems, including troubleshooting
technical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring that all cameras are functioning
properly.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to
surveillance activities and data privacy.
8. Surveillance Review: Conduct routine reviews of recorded footage to investigate incidents,
analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improving security protocols.
9. Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated on security procedures, technology
advancements, and best practices in surveillance operations.
10. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and customers as
needed, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
